Courage refers to the leader's willingness to make difficult decisions and take calculated risks in the organization's best interest.
The Navy Leadership Model is used to guide the development of leaders at all levels in the Navy and emphasizes the importance of continuous learning and growth. It provides a common language for leaders to understand and articulate their leadership philosophy and approach. It helps to ensure that leaders are equipped to meet the challenges of a very rapidly changing and complex operational environment.
