The JLBC Cadet Corps has already seen a positive impact from its initiative. Riverside's juvenile crime rate has dropped by 7%, and graduation rates have increased by 11% since the program's inception. However, there are still many young individuals who can be positively influenced through the program, but our limited resources constrain us.

With additional funding, we can retain high-quality, committed staff and expand our program to include more participants and a broader range of activities. This will equip our cadets with a broader set of tools to help them navigate the complexities of the natural world beyond the classroom.
