SIX JLBC LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES TO LEARN FROM AN EAGLE. 🦅

SIX JLBC LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES TO LEARN FROM AN EAGLE. 🦅

1. JLBC Cadets Eagles fly Alone and at High Altitudes - They don't fly with ravens, sparrows, and other small birds.

JLBC Meaning: Stay away from the narrow-minded individual, those that bring you down. Eagle flies with Eagles. Keep good company.

2. JLBC Cadets Eagles have an Accurate Vision - They can focus on something as far as 5km away. JLBC Cadets No matter the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it.

Meaning: Have a JLBC vision and remain focused no matter the obstacles, and you will succeed.

3. JLBC Cadets Eagles do not Eat Dead things - They Feed only on Fresh Prey.

JLBC Cadets, Do not rely on your past success; keep looking for new frontiers to conquer. JLBC Cadets, Leave your past where it belongs, in the past.

4. JLBC Cadets Eagles Love the Storm - When clouds gather, the eagle gets excited and uses the storm's wind to lift, gliding itself higher. JLBC Cadets Once it finds the battery's current, the eagle uses the raging storm to lift itself above the clouds. JLBC Cadets This allows the eagle to glide and rest its wings. JLBC Cadets In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the branches and leaves of the tree.

Meaning: Face your challenges head, knowing that these will make you emerge more robust and better than you were. JLBC Cadets, We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights. JLBC Cadets Achievers are not afraid to rise to greater heights. JLBC Cadets Achievers are not afraid of challenges. Instead, they relish them and use them profitably.

5. JLBC Cadets Eagles Prepare for Training - JLBC Cadets The eagles remove feathers and grass in the nest so that the young eagles get unpleasant in preparation for flight and eventually flee when the nest becomes unbearable to stay in the nest.

JLBC Meaning: JLBC Cadets, until you Leave your Comfort Zone, there is No Growth there.

6. JLBC Cadets When the Eagle Grows Old - His feathers become weak and cannot take him as fast and high as they should. This makes him vulnerable and could make him die. JLBC Cadets So he retires to a place far away in the mountains. While there, the eagle plucks out the soft feathers on the eagle's body, breaks its beaks, and claws against the rocks until the eagle is entirely bare, a very bloody and painful process. JLBC Cadets Then the eagle stays in this hiding place until he has grown new feathers, beaks, and claws, and then the eagle comes out flying higher than before.

JLBC Meaning: JLBC Cadets We occasionally need to shed off our old habits no matter how difficult; things that truly burden us or add no value to our lives should be let go of.
