PROJECT NEEDS AND OBJECTIVES

Despite our significant strides and impact on the community, JLBC Cadet Corps has reached a critical point where additional funding is necessary to continue our services and expand our reach. There is a waiting list of over 200 children hoping to join the Cadet Corps, but we need additional resources to accommodate them. Funding will increase our staff, expand our facilities, and purchase the necessary equipment to provide quality services for our cadets.

Our primary objectives for the next three years include:

1. Expanding our facility to accommodate at least 500 children.

2. Implementing a specialized mentorship program to provide one-on-one attention for each cadet.

3. Increasing community outreach and involvement, further enhancing the connection between JLBC Cadet Corps and the Riverside community.

IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

With the help of the grant, we plan to hire more qualified instructors and mentors, renovate our facilities, and purchase the necessary equipment to facilitate our program. This will be done in a phased manner over three years. We will focus on staff augmentation and facility renovation in the first year. The following two years will be dedicated to program expansion and enhancing community outreach initiatives.

BUDGET AND FUNDING REQUEST

We are seeking a grant of $500,000 to fulfill our expansion objectives. Here is a tentative allocation:

1. Staff Hiring and Training: $150,000

2. Facility Renovation: $200,000

3. Equipment Purchase: $100,000

4. Program Expansion and Community Outreach: $50,000

EVALUATION

To measure the success of our project, we will use key performance indicators such as the reduction in local crime rates, improved academic performance among cadets, increased enrollment in the JLBC Cadet Corps, and positive feedback from the community.
