Our primary customers are young individuals between the ages of 12 and 18 interested in building leadership skills, personal development, community service, and physical fitness. However, since the decision to join often involves parents or guardians, our customer profile includes both the cadets themselves and their families.

Cadets

  1. Age: 12-18 years

  2. Interests: Leadership, discipline, physical fitness, community service, personal growth.

  3. Characteristics: Highly motivated, curious, ambitious, seeking personal growth and self-improvement. Open to new experiences and ready to take on challenges.

  4. Needs: A supportive and structured environment to learn and grow. Guidance in leadership, personal development, and community involvement. Opportunities for physical fitness and teamwork.

Parents/Guardians

  1. Age: Mostly in the 35-60 years age group.

  2. Interests: Their child's education, personal growth, safety, future opportunities, and well-being.

  3. Characteristics: Value education and holistic development. They are supportive, involved, and keen on finding the best opportunities for their children.

  4. Needs: Reassurance of their child's safety and well-being. Visible progress in their child's development. Open communication and transparency about the program's activities and their child's progress.

By understanding the needs and characteristics of our customers, the JLBC Cadet Corps can better tailor its services, communication, and marketing strategies to attract and serve our cadets and their families effectively.
