The JLBC: Junior Leadership Bootcamp's mission is to educate, mentor, and develop good character and leadership in young individuals.

VISION. JLBC military program for young men and women. Junior Leadership Bootcamp develops intellectual curiosity, creativity, and independent thought through structure, instills pride in its JLBC Cadets, and enables them to develop a rigorous academic core that prepares them for academic excellence, leadership, and character challenges to succeed in life.
