Our mission is to bridge the gap between law enforcement agencies and the younger generation, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of the role of law enforcement in society. We aim to nurture potential future cadets by introducing them to basic law enforcement principles and promoting responsible citizenship, leadership, and character development.

C. Key to Success

The success of the JLBC Cadet Corps relies on its ability to effectively communicate and engage with children, providing them with a realistic, hands-on, and enjoyable experience of the tasks and duties of law enforcement officials. Close partnerships with local schools and law enforcement agencies, an excellent team of experienced instructors, and a well-structured curriculum will also play crucial roles in the initiative's success.
