**Course Description:**

This 15-week course aims to cultivate leadership skills in teenagers. Students will explore critical thinking, effective communication, decision-making strategies, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and goal setting. Activities include discussions, group projects, real-world problem-solving exercises, and self-reflection.
