Kids and Leadership: Finding a Voice
Friends, I’m a believer in the phrase: “Leaders are not born but are made.” Through all this leadership guidance and talk with kids, I’m not saying my goal is necessarily to groom them to be presidents, CEOs, or the like in the future. Friends, instead, my goal is for them to know they have an essential voice – a voice that cannot only help themselves but possibly others. Not to mention, gaining leadership skills can help a child’s self-esteem and communication and interpersonal abilities.
