JLBC Dress-up Monday
JLBC Time: All day!
JLBC Purpose: Change the “dreaded Monday” mentality
JLBC Participants: Everyone who chooses
JLBC Materials needed: Your best clothes
JLBC Instructions:
• JLBC Cadets request that everyone who wishes to play should dress up in their very best clothing on Monday. Have a small celebration like breakfast or coffee at the morning break; take pictures of the JLBC group; have a parade through the rest of the office; give prizes for brightest colors, most extended skirt, sleekest tie, etc.
• JLBC Cadets do this only occasionally — a couple of times throughout the year. JLBC Cadets every Monday is too much and detracts from the uniqueness of the JLBC event.
JLBC Desired outcome: Your team feels better about Mondays — energy and renewed interest will follow.
