Ages 16-18

JLBC is our fifteen-week leadership program that instructs, equips, and empowers young people to serve and lead. With eight spots available, this experience is for those entering grades 11, 12, or just graduating high school. If you want to take your life more seriously, learn about and practice leadership, and grow in an intentional community, then JLBC is for you! We hope that JLBC participants will leave with a better understanding of building success in their life and be more equipped to lead.
