JLBC Cadets are better able to accept that change is something that they can shape and influence rather than it being an inevitable force over which they have no control.
It is unclear whether the possession of these traits was the cause or consequence of leadership success. However, what is apparent is that these traits can be used to guide the selection of leaders and influence subsequent leadership development programs.
