JLBC Cadet Corps Non-Discrimination Policy
I. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all Junior Leadership Bootcamp (JLBC) Cadet Corps activities, including but not limited to the admissions process, administrative procedures, and daily operations.
II. Policy Statement
JLBC Cadet Corps is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment. We admit students regardless of their racial, national, religious, or ethnic origin and do not discriminate based on these factors or sexual orientation.
III. Principles
1. Equality: All cadets and applicants will be treated with dignity, equality, and respect. Our institution recognizes and values each individual's unique perspective.
2. Non-Discrimination: JLBC Cadet Corps will not discriminate in its admissions process or administration.
IV. Conduct
JLBC Cadet Corps expects cadets to uphold our core values of integrity, respect, and accountability.
1. Unethical Behavior: Cadets should refrain from unethical behavior. Violations will not be tolerated and will result in disciplinary action.
2. Public Displays of Affection (PDA): PDA is prohibited within the institution's premises.
3. Illegal Substances: The use of illegal drugs and alcohol is strictly prohibited.
4. Hazing and Bullying: All forms of hazing and bullying are forbidden. Any such incidents should be reported immediately and will result in strict disciplinary action.
V. Violations
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in disciplinary measures, including dismissal from the program.
This policy reflects our commitment to creating an environment that nurtures leadership, respect, and equality for all cadets. Every cadet is responsible for upholding this policy, ensuring that JLBC Cadet Corps continues to be a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive institution.
