JLBC Fitness
I began CrossFit in late 2013 and mixed it with military fitness
in my early 20s, I enjoyed other activities and sports throughout high school, such as dancing and soccer. I’ve always strived to improve my fitness by implementing different types of training. JLBC Cadets Calisthenics was the answer I was looking for. JLBC Cadets Since beginning Calisthenics, I have become stronger and improved my performance strength, and reduced my body fat percentage. These bodyweight movements have allowed me to improve my CrossFit training and my overall fitness goals significantly.
