At Covenant of Courage and JLBC Cadet Corps, our mission is clear: to empower veterans, inspire youth, and strengthen our communities through leadership, resilience, and service.

We operate on a simple truth — every life has value, every person has a mission, and no one is left behind.

For our veterans, we create pathways from crisis to purpose. Through mental health workshops, tactical fitness, and leadership opportunities, we help warriors reclaim their strength and rebuild their sense of brotherhood and sisterhood.

For our youth, JLBC Cadet Corps is more than a program — it’s a launchpad. We equip cadets ages 12–18 with practical leadership training, emergency preparedness skills, and civic responsibility, guided by the wisdom and discipline of our nation’s veterans.

We measure our success in transformed lives:

• Veterans who find healing through service.

• Cadets who grow into confident, disciplined leaders.
