Cadet Organizations

Cadet organizations increase morale and teach entrepreneurial skills. Cadets are encouraged to be innovative and create organizations that are compliant with JLBC - Junior Leadership Bootcamp rules and regulations. Social cadet organizations whose primary purpose is the personal development of their members, as distinguished from professional, honorary, professional, departmental, religious, and service. Some cadet organizations are culturally and/or community-based. Cadet organizations may select members according to the subjective criteria consistent with the Junior Leadership Bootcamp non-discrimination policies.
