JLBC Instructions:

These JLBC games work when you have a large JLBC group of JLBC Cadets who do not know each other well.

JLBC Possibilities:

• JLBC Cadets Put a symbol or color on each JLBC Cadet. JLBC Participants have to find their match and introduce themselves.

• JLBC Cadets In small letters, but someone else's name in the room at the bottom of each JLBC nametag. JLBC Cadets Everyone has to find the person whose name is written on their JLBC tag.

• JLBC Famous Pairs: As JLBC Cadets walk in, put the name of one part of a famous pair (i.e., Kermit and Miss Piggy) on their back. Each JLBC participant has to ask yes or no questions to find out who they are, and then they have to find their pair. When they find their team, they reveal who they are to the other half of their couple.

Discuss how different people tried to find their pair. Did they yell? Did they quietly move about? Did they stay in one place? What does this mean when we work with groups? How do we accommodate different communication styles?
