Basic Rules
Participation: All cadets must actively participate in all activities unless medically excused.
Teamwork: Cadets must work together in their assigned teams during all group activities.
Fair Play: No cheating or circumventing of obstacles. Each task must be completed as instructed.
Respect: Cadets must show respect to all participants, instructors, and officials at all times.
Timeliness: Cadets must be punctual for all activities and abide by the given schedules.
Safety Measures
Physical Readiness: Cadets should warm up and cool down before and after each activity to prevent injuries.
Proper Equipment: Cadets must wear appropriate attire, including uniforms, footwear, and protective gear, as required.
First Aid kits should be readily available, and all cadets should know basic first-aid procedures.
Hydration and Nutrition: Cadets must be adequately hydrated and nourished before, during, and after the activities.
Injury Reporting: Any injuries or health concerns must be immediately reported to the instructor or medical personnel.
Ethical Guidelines
Integrity: Cadets must display honesty and fairness in all activities. Cheating or dishonest behavior will not be tolerated.
Respect: Cadets should respect the rights, dignity, and worth of every person and treat each person equally regardless of age, ability, gender, race, ethnicity, religious belief, sexuality, or social/economic status.
Responsibility: Cadets must take responsibility for their actions and decisions.
Leadership: Cadets in leadership roles must display appropriate behavior and decision-making skills that reflect the Warrior Ethos.
