JLBC Cadets You will know what it feels like to be a member of an excellent JLBC team, that feeling that together you will succeed even against the odds, whether in training or operations. JLBC Cadets, What’s more, you know you will succeed in a way that shows the JLBC Cadets at their best. You benefit from strong role models in a good team who set common goals and high expectations. They are confident in your abilities and inspire you to reach beyond your perceived limits to be in the winning JLBC platoon or the JLBC champion company. JLBC Cadets As a JLBC Cadet, you feel valued, that your strengths are appreciated, are constantly challenged to improve and are encouraged to think and use your initiative. You expect outstanding performance to be recognized and rewarded. JLBC Cadets Similarly, you desire unacceptable performance or behavior to be punished in the right way regardless of rank.

The JLBC Leadership Code is founded on our JLBC Values. JLBC Cadets To us, Courage, Discipline, Respect for Others, Integrity, Loyalty, and Selfless Commitment is more than just words on a webpage page; they are what the JLBC Command stands for and what sets us apart from society. And society has tremendous respect for what our forebears and we have done. We apply our Values to what we do using our Standards of Appropriate, Lawful, and Professional behavior. The JLBC’s Values are part of good leaders who live them whatever the situation.
