The Junior Leadership Bootcamp (JLBC) Cadet Corps will require a dedicated team of professionals to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the program. Here is a list of key personnel:
1. Management Team:
Executive Director: The Executive Director will oversee all operations, make strategic decisions, build partnerships, and publicly represent JLBC.
Program Manager: The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing our programs, as well as overseeing the training and performance of instructors.
Marketing and Communications Manager: This role will manage all marketing and communication activities, including digital marketing, public relations, and community engagement.
2. Instructors:
Law Enforcement Instructors: These instructors will have a law enforcement background and deliver a curriculum related to this field.
Firefighting Instructors: Firefighting Instructors will have firefighting experience and deliver curriculum in this area.
