The Junior Leadership Bootcamp (JLBC) Cadet Corps focuses on providing services rather than physical goods. However, we have certain logistics and distribution needs concerning our curriculum materials, promotional items, and potential merchandise. Here is how we plan to handle these aspects:
Wholesaler:
At this stage, we don't envision needing to engage a wholesaler. Curriculum materials and other items are expected to be sourced directly from manufacturers or through professional print services, providing us with better control over quality and costs.
Courier Services:
We will consider working with one or more reliable courier services for any necessary shipments. The choice of the courier will depend on factors such as their reliability, costs, coverage, and ability to deliver within our needed timelines. We will review this choice periodically to ensure we get the best possible service.
Distribution Area:
As we primarily provide services on-site, our direct distribution needs are expected to be local, and related to our physical locations. However, distributing curriculum materials, online course packages, or promotional items could extend to a regional or even national level, especially as we expand our operations. For any international participants, digital distribution methods will be preferred.
Distribution Cost:
Distribution costs will depend on the scale and frequency of our shipments. We aim to minimize these costs by ordering in bulk and choosing the most cost-effective shipping options that meet our needs. The expenses related to distribution will be factored into our pricing and budgeting.
It's worth noting that our primary mode of service delivery will be through on-site training and online classes, which reduces the complexity and cost of logistics and distribution compared to a traditional retail business.
