The JLBC Leadership Education and Training program

The JLBC Leadership Education and Training program allows cadets to develop advanced leadership skills and take on more challenging responsibilities. The Supervising Leader course builds upon the foundational skills and abilities acquired in the Junior Leadership Basic Courses 1 and 2, equipping JLBC Cadets with the tools they need to succeed as leaders in their local communities.

One of the primary goals of the Supervising Leader course is to develop cadets' ability to oversee planning and project implementation. In this course, cadets will learn to set objectives, create plans, and delegate tasks to team personnel.
