• The JLBC Leadership Code translates our Values and Standards into desired leadership behaviors.

• Through these behaviors, our leaders communicate our Values and Standards in everything they do.

• Our individuals learn these behaviors from their leaders and adopt and internalize them to genuinely ‘Live our Values and Standards.’

• Furthermore, these behaviors promote the high performance of individuals and teams, therefore ‘Improving Our Match Fitness.’
