The JLBC curriculum


The JLBC curriculum teaches students the value of leadership, personal responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment. JLBC empowers cadets in areas of self-esteem, teamwork, and self-discipline.

JLBC prepares cadets for leadership roles, giving practical lessons that help them become motivated learners and leaders. The JLBC program promotes academic achievement and leadership development, providing JLBC cadets with skills they will use for the rest of their lives.
