Premises Requirements:

The Junior Leadership Bootcamp (JLBC) Cadet Corps program is designed to be adaptable and flexible in its implementation. Our premises requirements can vary significantly depending on the specific configuration of the program. Here are some general guidelines for each design:

1. Traditional Model:

In a traditional school setting, we would require access to a classroom or assembly hall for theory lessons and an outdoor space for physical training. Additionally, secure storage space for equipment and instructional materials would be needed.

2. Cluster Model/School within a School:

For a cluster or school within a school model, we require a dedicated area within the school where our programs can be run. This could include several classrooms for theory lessons, a common place for group activities, and outdoor spaces for physical training. Again, secure storage space for equipment and materials would be necessary.

3. Stand-alone Academy:

In the case of a stand-alone Academy, a larger facility would be necessary. This ideally includes multiple classrooms, office space, an assembly hall, outdoor training areas, and storage facilities. Depending on the size of the academy, additional amenities such as a cafeteria, restrooms, and parking could also be required.

4. Homeschool Co-op/Charter Schools:

The premises requirements can be more flexible for homeschool co-ops and charter schools. A large classroom or home to accommodate the number of participating students would typically be sufficient. Outdoor spaces for physical training could also be utilized.

5. Public Schools:

In public schools, we aim to integrate our program into existing facilities similar to the traditional model. A classroom or assembly hall for theory and an outdoor space for physical training would be needed.

In all cases, accessibility and safety are paramount. All premises must be compliant with local health and safety regulations and be able to accommodate our equipment and instructional materials. Additionally, access to the internet and technology for online components of the program is also essential.

We are open to discussions with interested parties to determine the best approach for implementing the JLBC Cadet Corps program in their specific circumstances.
