As an integral part of the curriculum, the JLBC Cadet Corps also offers opportunities for cadets to engage in extracurricular activities that promote personal growth and development. This article presents a sample case study and a Formative Assessment Performance Sheet (FAPS) worksheet to help educators, program coordinators, and instructors effectively evaluate and guide cadets' progress throughout the program.

Case Study: Cadet Sarah Jones
