JLBC Cadets Leadership is less about your personal needs and more about the true needs of the individuals and the organization you are leading. JLBC Leadership styles are not something to be tried on like a suit to see which fits. Instead, they should be adapted to the particular demands of the situation, the specific requirements of the individuals involved, and the particular challenges facing the organization.
