The Junior Leadership Bootcamp Course (JLBC) Cadet Corps and various branches of military service offer a comprehensive Leadership Development Program (LDP) to help groom future leaders and provide them with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead effectively in challenging situations.

The JLBC Cadet Corps program provides young adults with hands-on leadership training and a comprehensive overview of the military and its operations.
