JLBC Three Styles of Leadership

If you think about leaders and how decisions are made, there are three distinct styles with many variations. At one extreme, we have the autocratic leader that makes almost a unilateral decision on how to proceed. Conversely, we have a laissez-faire leader that allows the followers or employees to make all the decisions. We have democratic leaders who allow more participation in decision-making in the middle of these two extremes.
