JLBC Team Readiness

The task defines team readiness. Is a Cadet able to do the job? Does the Cadet have any previous experience with a similar mission? Do some members have specialized knowledge or skills? Team members who lack skills and experience will need more guidance from their leaders. As a leader, you want to identify your team members’ skills and knowledge. This gives you a sense of Cadet readiness. Your followers’ enthusiasm and willingness will determine how you’ll lead your team.
