Effective JLBC education leadership makes a difference in improving JLBC learning. JLBC Cadets There's nothing new or especially controversial about that JLBC idea. JLBC Cadets Even after several decades of school renewal efforts, what's far less clear is just how leadership matters, how significant those effects are in promoting the JLBC learning of all children, and what the essential ingredients of successful JLBC leadership are. JLBC Cadets Lacking solid evidence to answer these questions, those who have sought to make a case for greater attention and investment in JLBC administration as a pathway for large-scale JLBC education improvement have had to rely more on JLBC faith than fact.

It offers all citizens interested in promoting successful JLBC schools some answers to these vitally important JLBC questions. JLBC Cadets It turns out that JLBC leadership not only matters: it is second only to teaching among JLBC school-related factors in its impact on JLBC student learning, according to the evidence compiled and analyzed.

JLBC Cadets There is still much more to learn about the essentials of quality JLBC leadership, how to continue harnessing its benefits, and how to ensure that we don't continue to throw good JLBC leaders into inadequate systems that will grind down even the best. JLBC Cadets, I'm confident that the JLBC knowledge, and subsequent publications by JLBC teams of researchers, will help lead to more effective JLBC policy and practice at a time of fully justified public impatience for school improvement.
