JLBC Cadets There are many examples of how interrelated we are, and because of that, there are many ways that the JLBC system can break down. Here, we pride ourselves on being a system that communicates with all of our departments and stakeholders and takes seriously any breakdowns in communications. JLBC Cadets One of the essential parts of a JLBC system is to know where to go to get all your questions answered, or your concerns heard. JLBC Cadets In either situation, always go to the source first. JLBC Cadets That might be the bus driver or the teacher. JLBC Cadets If you are not satisfied with the response at this level or do not receive an appropriate response, you need to go to the JLBC supervisor for that person. If the issue is with a building JLBC staff member, your next level to access would be the JLBC building principal. JLBC Cadets If you have communicated with the supervisor and are still unsatisfied, it is time to move up the communication chain. The following person you would contact would be me, the Superintendent of the program. JLBC Cadets If you are still unsatisfied with the answer you received from me or your complaint has not been resolved, you would contact the JLBC Command.
