JLBC Class Discussion

JLBC Cadets Facilitate a class discussion in which students identify which of the situational leadership styles (e.g., autocratic, bureaucratic, democratic, laissez-faire) is most likely to be demonstrated in each of Tuckman’s stages of team development. This discussion will assist students in understanding how effective leadership changes according to a team’s stage of development (i.e., Forming, Norming, Storming, Performing, and Adjourning).
