JLBC Squad Leader

• Accurate report of individuals present at activities, company platoon/formations, etc.

• Conduct uniform inspection of the squad; report uniform needs up the chain of command

• Thoroughly familiar with the individual, squad, and platoon drills

• Instruct/demonstrate drill movements, allow time for individual performance, supervise squad members for proper performance
