JLBC SELF-DEFENSE TRAINING SYSTEM WORK OUT ROUTINES

There are two primary levels of training depending on your fitness level and schedule. After you have gone through the JLBC fitness once, it is strongly suggested that you begin JLBC training again. Every time you go through the program, your retention level increases exponentially.

JLBC BASIC TRAINING ROUTINE 1

Day 1 Training Walk, Jog, or Cycle 20 minutes

Day 2 JLBC Training 30 to 50 minutes

Day 3 Training Walk, Jog, or Cycle 20 minutes

Day 4 OFF

Day 5 Training Walk, Jog, or Cycle 20 minutes

Day 6 JLBC Training 30 to 50 minutes

Day 7 OFF


JLBC ADVANCED TRAINING ROUTINE 2

Day 1 JLBC Module Training 30 to 50 minutes

Day 2 JLBC Physical Training Cardio 30 minutes

Day 3 JLBC Module Training 30 to 50 minutes

Day 4 OFF

Day 5 JLBC Module Training 30 to 50 minutes

Day 6 JLBC Physical Training Cardio 30 minutes

Day 7 OFF
