JLBC – PREPARE A JLBC SQUAD FOR THE PARADE

JLBC IMPORTANCE - JLBC Cadets need to be able to prepare a JLBC squad for the JLBC parade as they will be placed in a JLBC team leader role and will need to know the JLBC formations and locations of all JLBC members on the parade square.

JLBC SQUAD FORMATIONS

JLBC Squad formations are essential to maintain control and ensure uniformity. The JLBC instructor shall determine the construction to be used, based on the number of JLBC cadets present, to include Single JLBC Rank. A single JLBC rank shall be formed when there are five or fewer JLBC cadets. Two JLBC Ranks. Two JLBC classes shall be included when there are six to nine JLBC cadets. Three JLBC Ranks. Three JLBC ranks shall be formed when there are ten or more cadets.

JLBC COMPANY FORMATIONS

A JLBC company consists of two or more divisions. The company drill aims to maneuver the JLBC company as one under the command of a Cox and the assistance of a CPO2. Other senior non-commissioned officers (NCOs) not directly involved with the JLBC divisions shall be on standby.
