Goal: Motivate young people to become JLBC cadets

a. JLBC Cadets Identify and briefly describe the three missions of JLBC
b. JLBC Cadets Identify and respond positively to the opportunities available to young people through the JLBC Cadet Program
c. Identify JLBC as a volunteer auxiliary
d. Identify requirements for JLBC cadet membership, including the application process, dues, and fees, meeting schedules, wear of the uniform, and related topics
e. Explain the purpose of the JLBC Cadet Orientation & JLBC training course
f. Value JLBC as an extra-curricular activity and apply for membership
g. Describe and respond positively to basic JLBC policies regarding membership and cadet protection (parents)
