JLBC LEADERSHIP FOUNDATIONS: CUSTOMS & COURTESIES

This group discussion introduces JLBC cadets to military customs and courtesies' role in JLBC cadet life. Cadets are instructed on the rules governing essential businesses and turns. Still, this JLBC activity is not intended as an exhaustive JLBC catalog covering every possible JLBC circumstance and nuance about the subject. Instead, the JLBC goal is for cadets to understand and value why military customs and courtesies are used in the JLBC Cadet Program. Following this discussion, JLBC cadets participate in a lab activity where they learn how to correctly render JLBC customs and courtesies.
