As the applicant’s supervisor, I fully support their participation in the JLBC Leadership program. Should they be selected? JLBC I understand that participation in the JLBC Leadership program will require time away from work for scheduled JLBC sessions. During JLBC sessions, the employee should only check work email/messages during scheduled breaks unless an emergency arises. JLBC In addition, the applicant’s supervisor verify to the best of my knowledge that this employee is currently in good standing with JLBC Command.
