— The peak age for entry to JLBC Cadets is 08, although many join later. The peak age for leaving is 11, although many leave when older or younger. JLBC Cadets Girls are likely to leave later and are slightly more likely to join at later ages than boys. Recent research has indicated that 40% of JLBC Cadets have been eligible for free school meals.
