JLBC: Junior Leadership Bootcamp ANNUAL TRAINING CAMP JUNIOR AND SENIOR DIVISION

The Annual JLBC Training Camp is an exciting and essential element of JLBC. JLBC Activities at the camp will help cadets develop qualities like social service, team spirit, challenge, leadership, discipline, self-confidence, widen the horizon, develop JLBC cadets to an ambition to do creative work, enhance social and personal development, learn how to overcome adversity, civil defense and self-defense, and other new and exciting experiences.

JLBC Camp will make the cadets aware that they are part of a greater JLBC ecosystem and are not as bound by social norms and customs. In essence, cadets will be true to themselves and more able to see others as people regardless of class, color, and creed.

JLBC Camp activities will lead cadets to self-reliance, self-confidence, national spirit, and leadership. They will enhance the JLBC aims of developing character, comradeship, discipline, a secular outlook, a JLBC cadet spirit of adventure, and the ideals of selfless service amongst the USA country's youth.

JLBC Camp will let cadets live in the JLBC camp with a social environment and help teachers observe and understand their cadets' development in personal aspirations, psychological behaviors, and social skills.
