SYLLABUS FOR

JLBC JUNIOR LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP TRAINING CORPS (JLBC) SCHOOL YEAR 2022-2023

ACADEMY RIVERSIDE CALIFORNIA

20 September 2022

Purpose: The goal of Junior Leadership Bootcamp Training Corps is to instill in home school students and Charter school students in the United States secondary educational institution the value of community, service to the United States of America, personal responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment.

The Junior Leadership Bootcamp Training Corps (JLBC) Program is one of the most significant youth leadership-focused programs in the United States.

Several guidelines are listed here that assist the JLBC Command in administering the program. JLBC regulatory guidelines provide the program's purpose, goals, criteria, and mandates applicable to JLBC Cadets/students, instructors, units, and the inter-relationship of each. They outline the JLBCv curriculum, administration, operations, training, logistics, and JLBC resources associated with the JLBC program and establish a baseline of JLBC goals and objectives that support the mission, "To Motivate Young People to be Better Leaders."

The Junior Leadership Bootcamp Training Corps (JLBC) is an extensive youth development program. JLBC serves as a character and leadership development program for our nation's home school and Charter school students. Students enrolled in JLBC are called "Cadets."

There is absolutely no military or business obligation from your participation in JLBC! Our goal is not to prepare you for military service but to help prepare you to "Be a Better Leader: and lead successful lives.

Course description: The JLBC curriculum consists of both mandatory and elective Program of Instruction topics according to the Junior Leadership Bootcamp Program (JLBCP) level in which cadets enrolled. JLBC Lessons Levels (1-4) are scheduled on a JLBC Master Training Plan, and the training schedule is developed by the JLBC cadet S3 and approved by the Senior JLBC Instructor. In addition to JLBC classroom instruction, cadets are expected to wear the JLBC properly.
