STRAND: HEALTH AND FITNESS

JLBC Cadets To maintain a level of physical fitness that allows one to live through the medium of sports and games and to develop an understanding and respect for differences among people in physical activity.

Identify the critical characteristics of a healthy lifestyle.

Work independently with minimal supervision in pursuit of personal fitness goals. Work corporately with both more or less skilled peers.

Apply the basic principles of health and wellness that allows one to make meaningful decisions that positively impact one's health and wellness. Exhibit a physically active lifestyle.

JLBC Cadets Achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of physical fitness.

Demonstrate an understanding and respect for differences among people in physical activity settings.
