JLBC EXERCISES
Body Saw
1. Get into a plank position.
2. From there, you will rock forward and backward on your forearms and the balls
of your feet.
3. This should simulate a sawing motion with your body.
4. Repeat as desired.
5. The key is to keep your body straight, shoulder blades back, and stomach tight.
