Planks

1. Lay on the floor on your stomach.

2. Prop your body up on your forearms

3. JLBC Cadets Bring your legs up off the ground by raising the balls of your feet.

4. Make sure your body is straight from head to toe.

5. Look just above your hands, at the ground.

6. Tighten your stomach like someone is about to kick you but keep your back flat.

7. Remember to breathe
