JLBC Cadets Spiderman Handstand holds a contest. JLBC Cadets Have each ninja try it separately and add their times together when counting aloud. (JLBC Cadets for example: 1,2,3...17,18! NEXT! 19,20,21...33,34! NEXT!) JLBC Cadets, See if you can get to 100! That’s a big number!

JLBC Cadets Have the ninjas hold something between their legs when jumping into a handstand! JLBC Cadets Foam blocks, scarves, and pool noodle pieces work great!

JLBC SAFETY TIP

JLBC Cadets, Make sure you pull until your belly button is on the bar! JLBC Cadets, You can hurt yourself (especially boys) if you only pull to your hips on a pullover. Be intentional but appropriate when explaining this.
