JLBC PULL-UPS/PULLOVERS & HANDSTANDS

GAME IDEA

After a long day of upper body workouts, play a fun game! You can circle ninjas and throw a softball around each other or use a foam block. Try not to let the ball pass you! You have to catch it! (teach them how to throw and catch safely!)

PROPS

Use a ball to hold between their legs while doing spotted pull-ups or spotted pullovers. THEN, use it for the ball game at the end!

• Bat hang/crawl underneath the beam

• 3-legged bear crawl down beam with help (one leg up)

• Spiderman handstand walk with feet on the beam

• Forward rolls on the trampoline
