JLBC Cadets, they encourage JLBC group discussion about a JLBC issue and then make a decision that reflects the general JLBC agreement and will be supported by JLBC group members. JLBC Cadets All workers involved in the consequences of a decision have an opportunity to provide input. JLBC Cadets A decision is not considered final until all parties involved agree with the decision.
