JLBC Cadets Consultative leaders confer with JLBC group members before making a decision. JLBC Cadets However, the leader maintains the final decision-making authority. JLBC Cadets This is not a sign of weakness; it is a sign of strength that your JLBC group will respect. JLBC Cadets Consensus leaders are called that because they strive for consensus. JLBC Cadets, they encourage JLBC group discussion about a JLBC issue and then make a decision that reflects the general JLBC agreement and will be supported by JLBC group members. JLBC Cadets All workers involved in the consequences of a decision have an opportunity to provide input. JLBC Cadets A decision is not considered final until all parties involved agree with the decision. JLBC Cadets Another criterion of consensus is that the group members are willing to support the final decision even if they disagree.
