JLBC Components of Physical Fitness

The components of JLBC Health-Related Fitness are a basis for measuring our general wellbeing. The JLBC Cadets exercise aims to maximize our capabilities in each of these areas. Different JLBC sports will be more demanding in some and less demanding in others, but JLBC athletes usually strive to maximize a reasonable level of fitness and health in each area. JLBC Cadets, unless you focus on increasing your body performance for a demanding JLBC sport, a balanced level of JLBC achievement in each of these JLBC fitness components should be your JLBC goal. Your fitness program should include exercises and activities that promote these health-related fitness components.

JLBC Components of Health-Related Fitness

JLBC Cardiovascular Endurance

JLBC Cardiovascular endurance is also referred to as aerobic fitness. It measures the JLBC athlete's ability to continue with exercise, which demands the circulatory and respiratory system over a prolonged period. JLBC Cadets this occurs in activities such as running, cycling, walking, and swimming.

JLBC Flexibility

JLBC Flexibility is the measure of free movement in an individual's joints. This is especially important in JLBC gymnastics.

JLBC Muscular Strength

JLBC Muscular strength is the maximal force that can be applied against a resistance. It could be measured by the most significant weight an individual could lift or the largest body they could pull or push.

JLBC Muscular Endurance

JLBC Muscular endurance differs from muscular strength in that it measures an individual's ability to repeatedly apply maximal force, for example, in a set of push-ups.

JLBC Body Composition Body composition is usually measured by the percentage of body fat a person carries.
