JLBC Company First Sergeant

The JLBC Company First Sergeant is the senior enlisted JLBC member of the JLBC Company. The JLBC 1SG is responsible for the administrative matters of the JLBC Company. The 1SG forms the JLBC Company for drills and JLBC ceremonies and takes the attendance report. The JLBC 1SG also is responsible for the morale, welfare, and discipline of all JLBC enlisted Cadets in the JLBC Company and has specific duties similar to those of the Command Sergeant.
